A One Act Play
Coach: Your application looks good, but you might want to rethink your "reasons for leaving" your previous positions.
Applicant: Why?
Coach: All five are identical.
Applicant: But it was the truth.
Coach: Yes, but it's all the same single word: "Bitches."
Applicant: Well, I did leave all five of my previous jobs due to bitches. What do you suggest?
Coach: Perhaps you might be more specific. For example: bullying bitches, back-stabbing bitches, incompetent bitches, whiny bitches, passive-aggressive bitches, collegial bitches (an oxymoron), administrative bitches, megalomaniac bitches, or narcissistic, over-paid, do-nothing bitches. That is, assuming that you are using the root word, "bitch" as a noun.
If you are using the root word "bitch" as a verb, meaning, "to gripe or complain ineffectually," then you could modify with adverbs, phrases, or clauses. For example, "Bitches and moans flying continuously from the mouths of morons, threatening to destroy my sanity and will to live."
Applicant: Wow! Those are great suggestions, and I can relate to all of them. Now, I just need to decide which type of bitch most closely describes the bitches that drove me from gainful employment to near mental collapse in each instance. Thank you so much!
Coach: My pleasure. Bitch.
THE END
